  Q. Where is the Edelweiss situated?
     A. The Edelweiss is situated on Queens Prommenade at the bottom of Switzerland road, behind the
          prommendade t-shirt embroidery shop.

  Q. Is there parking available?
     A. Some limited parking is available on Switzerland Road and on the seafront which is subject to a
          maximum stay of 24hrs at a time.

  Q. How far away from the sea terminal or airport are you?
     A. We are located 1.3 miles from the sea terminal and 10-11 miles from the airport.

  Q. How can I make a booking?
     A. Bookings can be made by calling the hotel directly on 01624 675115 or by checking availability on
         our Bookings page and emailing your enquiry directly.

  Q. Do you accept Credit cards?
     A. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Credit cards will incur a 3% charge per
         booking and debit cards are free of charge.

  Q. Do you offer discounts for group bookings?
     A. Discounts are offered for groups of 10 or more people, please contact us for details.

  Q. Is your premises non-smoking?
     A. The Edelweiss is a non-smoking establishment.

  Q. Do you offer evening meals?
     A. We do not offer evening meals but are happy to advise on eating establishments within
         a short walking distance.

  Q. Are all rooms ensuite?
     A. Yes, all rooms have ensuite facilities..

  Q. Do any of your rooms have sea views?
     A. Several of our rooms have sea views, these are subject to availablity and incur a supplement.

  Q. Do you have a licenced bar?
     A. We do not have a licenced bar, however there are several bars within less than one minutes walk.

  Q. When is your reception open?
     A. Our reception is open everyday between the hours of 10am - 4pm for bookings, information and
         enquiries. If you have a question outside of these hours please leave a message on our answering
         machine or email us and we will endeavour to reply to you as soon as possible.
